PEER MENTORING

What is Peer Mentoring?

 

A mentor is an individual of a similar age who will be your guide.

 

Mentoring is a trusting relationship that will help elevate young individuals who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee.  A Peer Mentor is a... Supporter, Confidante, Advocate, Role Model and most importantly, someone for you to talk to.

During July's session, you will be provided with a Peer Mentor Handbook also with the opportunity to begin mentoring sessions.
