Join us for this partnered session with TAG Network Midlands & CBI as we will go beyond surface conversations to unpack what mentoring really means, the impact it can have, and how to find the right mentoring relationships to support your growth. It will explore the real value of mentorship for women at every stage of their career journey.
We will be joined by Denise Morris, CEO & Founder, TAG Network Midlands & TAG’s Women In Leadership Network who will guide us through the different forms of mentoring; from peer to reverse mentoring and structured professional guidance and will help break down the difference between casual support and purposeful mentoring relationships.
