About the Event

TAG Network Midlands presents TAG Network Midlands Online Roundtable Discussion: Making History

This event will mark the third and final 'roundtable' session in this series and it is going to be an insight into the positive journeys of black leaders and established professionals within the region who aim to inspire their peers and the next generation by proudly occupying influential positions, breaking barriers and believing that anything is possible.

Discussion topics will cover the importance of positive role models, thriving through adversity, professional identity, and personal experiences of determination, strength/resilience, and progression!

Denise Morris, CEO of TAG Network Midlands will be joined by guest host, Tru Powell & Panel Guests, Inez Brown (Legal partner and first black female President of Birmingham Law Society), Cllr Sharon Thompson JP (Cabinet Member for Homes & Neighbourhood for Birmingham City Council) & Karen Bailey (Principal Solicitor with her extraordinary work inspiring the book and movie 'The Whistleblower').

Attendees will be able to participate in an open Q&A segment during this session.
