TAG Network Midlands presents Supper Club Social: Cook-Along in partnership with MY Flamingos
We are delighted to be joined in partnership with MY Flamingos, a catering & events company specialising in Street Food, Mobile Bar & Live Entertainment, as we invite you to create a delicious dairy-free fluffy Bao for you to choose your perfect fillings.
Whether you cook-along or watch-along, you will learn a new culinary skill!
White Bread Flour 125g
Baking Power 1.5g/2g
Sugar 7.5g/ 8g
Warm Water 67.5ml
Oil (olive / veg) 3 drops
Big mixing bowl
Cling film/ towel
Empty space with chopping board (plastic) / non-stick clear surface
8-10cm square cutter or can use a knife if don’t have
Parchment baking paper 10cm x 10cm ( 4 of them)
Small bowl & brush (for oil)
You are free to create whatever Bao filling you like, whether it be vegetable, prawns, chicken, duck, beef, or vegan-friendly options.
