Pam Sheemar, is newly appointed Talent Pilot Lead D&I at NatWest. Pam joined the bank twenty years ago and has gone from strength to strength, starting as an Underwriter, and was promoted to working as Entrepreneur Acceleration Manager, supporting hundreds of new businesses to start, scale and succeed. She is also an Entrepreneur Mentor & Coach, on the Executive Board Committee for Asian Business Chamber of Commerce & Director at Birmingham. Tech

Julie Teague, is Managing Director of Birmingham City-based digital agency, Lightbox Digital. With 2 decades of experience in the sector, Julie has held a number of high profile roles within agencies such as Connect Advertising, Inspired Thinking Group and Cogent Elliot. No stranger to high  growth environments taking the finance lead on the exit of Connect to ITG, Julie took a sector break during covid to take on the exciting challenge of Group CFO at The Moot Group, a tech-centric eCommerce which saw staff numbers and revenue growth six times as well as global expansion in an 18 month period.

Marverine Cole, is multi-award winning Journalist, Broadcaster, Academic, and Businesswoman. She’s also a huge advocate of diversity in the media industry: she’s been imparting her skills and knowledge as a freelance Media Trainer, Visiting Lecturer in Journalism and Media, Mentor and Industry Speaker to hundreds of people of all ages and at varying stages of their careers. Marverine is one of the UK's leading female experts on beer, she's a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers, and she's a qualified Beer Sommelier meaning she frequently advises on beer and food matching events, as well as hosting corporate and consumer events for pubs & breweries.  She's appeared on some of Britain's most popular daytime TV and radio shows, all to spread the word about the beauty in beer
