TAG Network Midlands Online Workplace Skills Session: Unlikely Leaders Emerging Through Lockdown
Since 2020, with the backdrop of a national lockdown, and the displacement of the archetypal workplace, some 'unlikely leaders' have emerged.
This event will explore how 'unlikely leaders' have a place within the region, as we discuss how SME's and Corporates will nurture newly found leadership confidence within their teams, why this has occurred at this time, who these individuals are, as well as how this may steer future leadership and its challenge (especially throughout 2021).
