About the Panel:
Host & Panel Chair, Hannah Floyd, Business Development Director of Sylter - Hannah has over twelve years’ experience in in the commercial office market in the Midlands. Joining Sylter during its infancy, she is responsible for the customer journey from concept through the completed project and aftercare. With experience in fit-out on both customer and supplier side Hannah understands your worries and works to overcome them before they arise.
In additional, Hannah is an award-winning Networker, Vice-Chair on TAG Network Midlands Young Professionals Board, is an Ambassador of charity LoveBrum & Executive Committee member for Women In Property - Midlands
Charlotte Bloomfield - Experienced in acting on a broad range of commercial and residential mixed-use development site acquisitions and disposals, promotion agreements and options, large-scale portfolio sales, lettings and asset management.
During her 7 years with Eversheds Sutherland she has advised major property companies including Hammerson, Landsec, Blackstone and Aviva on various retail, mixed-use and leisure schemes. Charlotte has recently joined the development team at Gateley PLC. Charlotte is a member of the West Midlands Women in Property (WiP) and Young Entrepreneurs in Property (YEP) committees and is an ambassador for Movers&Shakers property forum in the West Midlands.
Sandeep Singh Sunner - Sandeep is the co-founder of The Construction Consultants (TCC) and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Alex Tross - Alex heads up the Office Agency function for the Birmingham office of Lambert Smith Hampton, one of the UK’s leading commercial property consultancies with a network of 27 offices across the UK and Ireland. Alex provides strategic advice to a diverse range of private and public sector clients across the wider West Midlands and specialises in disposals, tenant representation and development consultancy.
Alex sits on the West Midlands Office Agents Society Committee. In his capacity as Deputy Chair of Colmore BID, he also has a seat on the Outstanding Places Working Group.
