The Government has announced its emergency Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, Omar Rashid from the HR Dept will present expert and up to date guidance on how the scheme is operated and how businesses can apply whilst ensuring adherence to employment law as the furlough scheme carries risk if not implemented correctly.
Omar graduated from Coventry University in 2006 with a Masters in Human Resource Management and has worked in HR since 2007 across a variety of sectors, including the NHS and Non-for-Profit. He began his own consultancy with the HR Dept in January 2018 and now caters for small businesses in and around the Birmingham area.
