LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE BREAKFAST: Better Business Better Region

Context

This Leadership Collective Breakfast event is for Young Professionals, Leaders & Entrepreneurs from across the Midlands to discuss ways in which individuals can achieve great business growth to improve opportunities. Delivered by TAG Network Midlands, the aim of the event is to engage, network and discuss how professionals and leaders can work better together to create opportunities that will promote multi-sector/interprofessional relationships with a responsibility to ensure better employability, better growth strategies, better skills elevation, and establishing more lucrative partnerships that will improve the future of the region.

Objectives for this session

Gaining industry insights from a diverse mix of peers, the next generation of talent, and local leaders to help participants/guests to look at greater ways in which leadership and collaborations will make a difference... as well as the challenges that this may present to achieve excellence.

How the session will work

TAG Network Midlands' CEO, Denise Morris will be chairing the session. After the initial open networking/breakfast session, you will be asked to sit with a 'table host' before being asked to introduce yourself (no more than a minute or less) to give others in the room an opportunity to get to know you.

You will take part in two conversations with two different round table groups, with each conversation lasting 20 minutes. Once the conversations have taken place, you will be asked to summarise your take on how you (and, or your business) will be able to achieve the key objective of this session.
