TAG Network Midlands presents Entrepreneurial Frontiers Pitch Perfect Masterclass in partnership with Coventry & Warwickshire Reinvestment Trust

This workshop has been tailored to provide Entrepreneurs and start-up/scale-up Founders with the tools and techniques they need to deliver a memorable pitch to aid investment. Within these super informative sessions, you will understand the key ingredients of what makes a successful pitch. 

During the workshop, you will gain access to four mastermind sessions as well as the opportunity to form pitch strategy, and learn pitch techniques with special guest speakers.  You will receive the following insights:

• Pitch Structure & Narrative
• Stagecraft & Engagement
• Practice

There will also be an opportunity to practice every session where you can get honest feedback and advice from both the speakers and fellow attendees.

Whether you are a complete pitch newbie or an experienced demo day pitch-master these interactive sessions will provide helpful tips, pointers and feedback for everyone.

• Session 1: Pitch Story (10:15am - 10:50am)

Hosted by CJ Lloyd Webley, Founder of Black Pounds Project, Writer & Business Activist.

This session will give our participants a grounding in the basics which will develop a “pitch” narrative for investor engagement. Understand the importance of effective communication for storytelling and how to ensure you tell your brand story in a concise and strategic manner.

• Session 2: Pitch Decks (10:50am - 11:30am)

This session will unlock the benefits of creating winning pitch desks as you will be given the necessary tools to present your vision and get you started crafting your own pitch decks.

• Session 3: Pitch Mindset (11:30am - 12:15pm)

Hosted by Daniel Bridgewater, Founder & CEO of Buckt

This session will delve into how to structure and deliver your pitch to an audience using body language, tone, and presence. Whether you are pitching to one person or a room of hundreds of investors, you will understand the impact of an elevator pitch performance, developing audience rapport and engagement during a short period of time.

This session will enable you to understand the impact a winning pitch will have on your business and the growth potential that will inevitably follow once an investor(s) is involved. This section will reveal what happens next when you successfully gain investment.

• Pitch Practice (1:10pm - 1:30pm)

This session will allow you to practise your pitch implementing the tips and tools provided in previous sessions before delivering an elevator pitch to a panel of guest judges.
