Join us and special guest, Tim Andrews MBE is a successful and high profile business leader in Birmingham. Tim co-founded and is now Chairman of Hollywood Monster, a graphics firm that has become one of the largest in its sector, with 70 employees and a pre-pandemic turnover of £10m. Clients include a string of Blue-chip companies, fast-food restaurants, supermarkets, high footfall live event spaces, exhibitions across the UK and many of the UK’s leading property developers.

He has received many accolades, CEO of the year at Downtown in Business awards, Local Hero of the year from Birmingham Mail, CSR award from The Business Desk, West Midlands regional IOD Director of the year and Brummie of the year at The Birmingham Awards in 2018. David Cameron rewarded Tim’s contribution to Charity with a Point of Lights Award. But most recently, he was recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List and has received an MBE for his service to charity and the community of Birmingham. Tim’s dedication and pride in the City inspired him to co-found and Chair the local charity LoveBrum, aiming to increase civic pride by unearthing local projects that make the City a better place. Tim is now heading up the Strategic Board for the charity.

Tim spent five years as the primary sponsor of Birmingham City Ladies Football Club. One of Tim’s proudest achievements is the two years he spent as CEO of the club. With Tim’s involvement, the team won The FA Cup, reached semi-finalists in the Champions League and became League Cup runners up several times and runners up in the FA Womens’ Super League. In late 2020, Tim became Chairman for digital agency Lightbox and joined the Work From Here team as a shareholder, leading business development and relationship building across Birmingham.

Jamil Shabir has built an enviable reputation within the business community in Birmingham as CEO of multi-award winning creative digital marketing agency, Bootcamp Media.  Bootcamp Media offers fresh-thinking digital marketing solutions to businesses across the UK, but it goes much further than building business-to-business relationships. He’s also a regular on the networking circuit and invests considerable time working with charities including St Mary’s Hospice and Acorns Children’s Hospice. Thanks to Jamil’s passion for charity and his desire to work closely with the local community, Bootcamp Media successfully mixes commercial activities with charitable events and organisations. This has spawned a number of annual charity events hosted and supported by Bootcamp Media and has helped deliver much needed funds and support to organisations that need it the most.

In addition, Jamil has helped a plethora of start-up's in the region with his eye for investing in business talent.
