Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I love to travel and experience different places and cultures. I volunteered in Uganda for 6 months, which was a fantastic experience. I have travelled India, China and most of south east Asia, which gave me an insight into so many different cultures and I spent 2 years in Australia – the first year travelling and the second year living and working in Sydney, which I loved! I enjoy live music, socialising with friends and reading (preferably in the sun, with a cocktail in hand!)

 

What are your career goals?

To continue to learn and develop and of course enjoy what I’m doing. 

 

What challenges do you face daily?

My biggest challenge is pushing myself out of my comfort zone at work – which is so important to do to keep growing professionally.  

 

Can you tell us what is the most favourite aspect of your role?

Organising everyone – I love a good list! But being surrounded by genuine and kind people is important and makes me happy.

 

What has been your greatest career milestone to date?

Being responsible for putting processes into place that have a positive effect on elements of the business. It’s really motivating to see positive results, however big or small.

 

Who has been your inspiration both personally and professionally?

My parents are my biggest inspiration, whom I look up to both professionally and personally. Both incredibly successful and hardworking, but also genuine people, who can still have fun and be liked and respected by those around them.
